A: Once you complete the MoreFit Fitness Assessment, you will be matched with your own certified personal trainer who will arrange a phone consultation with you to determine your fitness level and goals. Your personal trainer will design your first six-week customized exercise program. Throughout your commitment with MoreFit, your trainer is readily available by email and phone for fitness advice, coaching and ongoing encouragement.
Q: How does MoreFit create my workouts?
A: MoreFit creates your customized workouts by assessing your current fitness level and determining your fitness goals. First, complete the easy to follow Fitness Assessment that carefully measures your current fitness level and provides a baseline to monitor improvement. These results are reviewed by one of our board-certified personal trainers who will contact you for a goal-assessment consultation. Next, your personal trainer will develop your first six-week workout program built to meet your specific needs. Once you receive your first Customized Workout Video and Customized Fitness Program Booklet, you can start your exercise program. Subsequent fitness assessments and goal setting consultations with your MoreFit personal trainer determine the six-week progressive modules.
Q: Can I workout at home?
A: Yes. Your MoreFit certified personal trainer is an expert in designing home-based workouts. Simply let your trainer know where you wish to workout and your Customized Fitness Program will be designed with your location in mind.
Q: Why does MoreFit change my exercises so much?
A: The body needs to be constantly challenged in order effect the quickest to change. By frequently changing your workouts, your body is forced to work in new ways. Receiving new workouts every six weeks allows you to develop a level of proficiency while never letting your body become too comfortable with a set routine. This frequent change will ensure maximum results.
Q: How do I know that I am making progress?
A: You’ll know you are making progress when your workouts begin to get easier. This shows that your fitness level is increasing. You should also experience a greater level of energy and notice that those clothes that were tight around your trouble spots are fitting more comfortably.
Q: How do I know that I am doing the exercises correctly?

A: Our personal trainers do meet with clients in the San Francisco Bay Area for an additional fee. Please contact us to make an appointment.
Q: Does MoreFit work with two or more clients at the same time?
A: No, the MoreFit system is based on designing and implementing exercise programs unique to each individual. While an exercise program may be effective for one person, that same program may not produce the desired results for someone else.
Q: What about diet in relationship to exercise?
A: MoreFit firmly believes that an expertly designed and consistently used exercise program leads to a healthy lifestyle. We are experts in exercise program design but we are not experts in nutrition. We do encourage good nutrition but feel that personal trainers, unless qualified, should not give nutritional advice.
Q: How quickly will I lose weight?
A: This is strictly individual but it is important to note that weight loss is not necessarily an indicator of progress. As you follow the MoreFit Program, you will be increasing your metabolism which increases your lean muscle mass. As an alternative to the scale, we recommend that you pick an outfit that is currently too tight, set it aside, and from time to time try it on as a way to determine your progress. Observe that you look better and feel healthier and stronger.
Q: What if I cannot do an exercise?
A: Your MoreFit personal trainer is available to speak with you regarding any of your fitness concerns. If you find you cannot perform an exercise in your Customized Fitness Program Booklet, then contact your personal trainer immediately. Your trainer will promptly offer an alternate exercise.
Q: What if I miss a workout?
A: Don’t worry. An occasional missed workout is not the end of the world. It is important, however, to not allow this to become a habit. Continue to follow the workout schedule as directed in your Customized Fitness Program Booklet.
Q: Can I place my Morefit membership on hold?
A: The MoreFit Fitness Program is a progressive program designed with a year commitment in mind. We strongly recommend that clients commit to the one-year program in order to obtain and maintain an optimal fitness level. Clients may place their membership on hold in the case of a doctor certified medical condition.
